Job Description

  • Managing customers reservations, modifications and cancellations.
  • Providing customers with necessary documents (invoices, vouchers, and itineraries).
  • Tasks are handled via emails and outbound calls to customers and Hotels
  • Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt incidents recovery.
  • Regular update on the internal databases.
  • Ensure that the productivity, quality levels are achieved as per company's standards.
  • Demonstrate ways to improve customer service, increase productivity.
  • Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate.
  • Meet targets with productivity and accuracy as per the agreed KPI's metrics and process.

Working Conditions:

Working hours:

  • (US Shift) (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) night shift
  • Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday
  • all public vacations are accordingly to US federal vacations.

Job Requirements

  • Telesales / call center experience is a plus.
  • (Under Grads & Grads) can apply.
  • Maximum age: 27 years old.
  • 6th October City, Haram & El Sheikh Zayed residents only can apply
