Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Possibly training more junior staff members.
  • Following up on different operations functions inside IT department to ensure the execution of the IT operation plan.
  • Audit and review running IT services.
  • Performing level 1 support for IT activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1+ Years of working experience in similar/related field(s).
  • Good in English Speaking/Reading/Writing.
  • Excellent in writing technical documentation using MS Word.
  • Organized, detailed oriented and Multitasking.
  • Able to follow up and audit other persons and activities to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex situations and work with different teams.
