Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Possibly training more junior staff members.
- Following up on different operations functions inside IT department to ensure the execution of the IT operation plan.
- Audit and review running IT services.
- Performing level 1 support for IT activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ Years of working experience in similar/related field(s).
- Good in English Speaking/Reading/Writing.
- Excellent in writing technical documentation using MS Word.
- Organized, detailed oriented and Multitasking.
- Able to follow up and audit other persons and activities to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex situations and work with different teams.
