Job Description
- Forecast / Achieve Hiring needs for the company
- Manage the hiring process from A to Z (Farming, screening, Interviewing, Hiring and retaining)
- Manage the office administrative function. (Petty cash, daily spendings, invoicing, etc..)
- Manage employees relation activities and office healthy environment.
- Analyze employees KPI and performance.
Job Requirements
- Experience in HR or administrative function at least 1 year.
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great analytical and organizational skills
