Job Description

  • Forecast / Achieve Hiring needs for the company
  • Manage the hiring process from A to Z (Farming, screening, Interviewing, Hiring and retaining)
  • Manage the office administrative function. (Petty cash, daily spendings, invoicing, etc..)
  • Manage employees relation activities and office healthy environment.
  • Analyze employees KPI and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in HR or administrative function at least 1 year.
  • Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
