Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Prepare Computer Aided Design (CAD) plant layouts and all engineering drawings required for new projects and process design
- Specify the Projects’ Scope Statement, and estimate the cost of project before getting the approval of the Management
- Plan, schedule, define sequence activities, and estimate activities duration & its resources
- Request materials at own discretion and on own responsibility in a timely fashion to ensure availability on site as required, in accordance with projects specifications
- Review the technical bids for all the material required in accordance with the project specifications, and follow up the material delivery
- Liaise with all concerned parties in the project to ensure the availability of plant, equipment, manpower, and material required to execute of the project
- Responsible for follow up the Radiography test & repair defected joints
- Review all piping engineering documents as ISOs, P & IDs & GAs drawing and check the compatibility between them and specifications and discusses with supervisors to execute the scope of works
- Support/Participate in emergency drills and exercises as required
- Perform piping and tanks repairs as per specifications and procedures
- Supervise sand blasting, piping insulation, the welding of new wells heads, and the procedures of the repairing
- Ensure all aspects of performance and work that are in compliance with project specifications are completed in a timely manner and within-or under-budget
- Report all stop cards, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc. in Power Mechanical Engineering
- Previous Experience: 10-14 years of experience, exposure to Petroleum services companies is preferred
- English Proficiency: Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Computer Proficiency: Very Good user
