Job Description
- Conduct periodic process audits & project follow ups.
- Lead & participate in group process improvement projects. (Lean / Six Sigma).
- Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Train & develop resources in process improvement knowledge & problem-solving techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience within a CI function or in a manufacturing / Process environment with previous exposure to CI projects & knowledge (lean or six sigma certificates is a plus).
- Highly motivated & positive individual that can work in challenging environment.
- Excellent communication skills specially with blue collars.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong computer, software & English language skills.
