Job Description
- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
- Observe purchase orders
- Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of food material and operations costs)
- serve the receiving process of food & beverage goods.
- Review daily receiving report.
- Prepare daily cost report of Food & Beverage.
- Prepare for physical inventory of Restaurant & Kitchen.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
