Job Description

  • Updating company documents (commercial, TAX, export, import, ISO … etc certificates)
  • Attending phone calls from clients and responding to the emails received from clients and concerned party members
  • Making sure all reports and data files are arranged in a timely manner.
  • Preparing expenses claim forms.
  • Initiating bank transfers to employees & suppliers when needed.
  • Building up the administration team within PAFT Egypt
  • Logistics documentation supervision
  • Exhibition files management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Males only
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
  • Analytical thinking
  • High written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Proper time management
  • 6th of October, Haram, Sheikh Zayed residents preferred
