Job Description
- Maintain overall Site Performance.
- Responsible of key vendors’ performance management through [reporting, calls, meetings…etc].
- Monthly Vendor Assessment, and monthly dashboard.
- Support Marketing Team in preparing vendors for campaigns.
- Handle complaints and make follow-up calls to vendors.
- Provide Capacity Plans for Call Center-based Vendors (when-needed).
- Responsible of geo-fencing and mapping.
- Perform various tasks including, technical testing, technical training, project management, inventory management...etc.
- Support Sales Team in finalizing Deals from Operational Prospective.
- Launch new cities supporting sales expansion.
- Maintaining solid relationship with vendors in order to sustain/increase vendor-base in competitive market and enhance vendor experience.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Care, Quality Control/Compliance, or a related field.
- V. Good command of English language at least.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of Excel is essential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent set of interpersonal skills (Time Management - Project Management - Attention to Details).
