Job Description

  • Maintain overall Site Performance.
  • Responsible of key vendors’ performance management through [reporting, calls, meetings…etc].
  • Monthly Vendor Assessment, and monthly dashboard.
  • Support Marketing Team in preparing vendors for campaigns.
  • Handle complaints and make follow-up calls to vendors.
  • Provide Capacity Plans for Call Center-based Vendors (when-needed).
  • Responsible of geo-fencing and mapping.
  • Perform various tasks including, technical testing, technical training, project management, inventory management...etc.
  • Support Sales Team in finalizing Deals from Operational Prospective.
  • Launch new cities supporting sales expansion.
  • Maintaining solid relationship with vendors in order to sustain/increase vendor-base in competitive market and enhance vendor experience.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Care, Quality Control/Compliance, or a related field.
  • V. Good command of English language at least.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Advanced level of Excel is essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent set of interpersonal skills (Time Management - Project Management - Attention to Details).
