Job Description
- Installing operating systems and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware and upgrading the entire system
- Handling incidents tickets raised by end users and managing technical documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 0-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in HW, SW support and fix all related issues
- A+, N+, MCDST, and ICDL are preferred
