Job Description
- Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation
- Advise clients on all matters pertaining to multilingual communication.
- Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
- Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifies services improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Help and support other team members (Project Management team, Finance and Marketing) performing their job smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent/Fluent in English language spoken and written.
- Experience in offshore tele-sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Hands-on client management experience.
- Customer-service focused.
- Interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Dynamic, creative self-starter who excels at problem solving and who has the tenacity and sustained commitment to achieve results.
