Job and responsibilities
IT and Network Support
- Hardware and software support
- OS installation and support (Windows, Linux and Mac) and make sure all systems are uptodate.
- Network support and management
- on-call or remote support on request (24x7)
- Procurement of new IT hardware or software requirements
- Monitor the speed, reporting to the vendor in the case of any issue related to the internet.
Office 365 Administration
- Exchange
- Office subscriptions
- Users creation/ deletion
- Group management
- Rules and alerts
- Sharepoint management
IT Inventory
- IT assets tracking and inventory management
- Getting quotes from local vendors in Egypt for any procurements.
Ticket Management/ Application Support
- Submitting tickets for any technical issues and follow-ups
- Assigning tickets to IT team for Level 3 support
- Level 1 support for TruDoc App, VC, EMR and HMS
Account Management
- Managing different company accounts and subscriptions/
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- CCNA
- 2-5 years of experience
