Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate team activities' schedules, tools, and information.
  2. Coordinate with team members to identify and define project requirements, scope, teams involved, actions per member and objectives.
  3. Ensure that the project designing is meeting the required deadlines.
  4. Ensure that deadlines are met as the project evolves.
  5. Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames in-coordination with team leads.
  6. Support in preparing plans, sheets, documents, reports and cross functional communication.
  7. Analyze risks and opportunities of each project.
  8. Monitor project progress and report any issues that arise to the head of the department.
  9. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all internal participants.
  10. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
  11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  12. Create comprehensive presentations about completed projects.

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree in a relative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same job.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel.
  • Very good level of multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
