Job Description
- Support the Networking operations center
- Develop short term and long term training plans
- Develop and upgrade Network Infrastructures Hardware and configurations
- Manage the day to day operations of I.T Department , Event and Incident Management, design and configuration, Software Distribution, which includes anticipating and understanding customer needs to meet local requirements.
- Analyzes support operations to identify process improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
- Manage and Develop the Access Control System
- Maintains a heightened sense of urgency in reactive support situations, and demonstrated proactive response in the management of all problems, escalations, and customer notifications until issues are resolved
- Support all I.T
- Manage the organization Projects with I.T Team
- Operate the daily backup and Monitoring Systems
- Manage the C.R.M System which connects all Parties of property together
