Increasing Batates & Zalabya’s customer satisfaction rates through:
- Measuring the levels of customer satisfaction through conducting and analyzing customer surveys.
- Responding to customer complaints on hotline/online & coordinating corrective actions with different departments.
- Growing existing customer satisfaction through personal interactions with current customers; at stores, through contact numbers from the customer database, etc
- Coaching Store Managers in proper customer service techniques.
- Coming up with inventive ideas to increase customer happiness and satisfaction.
Reporting to:
The General Manager
Job Requirements
- BSc of Business Administration or Marketing from a well-known university.
- Minimum 10 years experience in guest relations.
- Dynamic, active, hands-on and results-oriented.
