Job Description
- Establish methods, procedures, and templates for project design and construction budget preparation and monitoring to identify progress against the project plan
- Review Coding & allocating any expenses for the project
- Evaluating Claims & Variation Orders
- Following up inventory reports and status
- Review all projects cash-flows and invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering ( CIVIL )
- Experience in shopping center construction planning and QS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving
