Job Description
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Administrating Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint & LYNC)
- Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
- Performing routine audits of systems and software.
- Performing backups on schedule or not using Symantec Backup Exec
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Administrating Windows Server 2008 R2 Services (AD, DHCP, DNS, etc…)
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc…
- Answering technical queries and assisting other teams.
- Dealing with Kaspersky Administrative Server
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- System performance tuning.
- Working with System Center Suite 2012
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 2-4 Years of experience in a relevant position.
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
