Job Description
- Perform operational risk identification and assessment in business units.
- Follow and implement the plan to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks.
- Track and monitor operational risk issues and mitigation actions for business units.
- Prepare operational risk issues and decisions reports on regular basis.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
- Investigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate risks.
- Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner.
- Assist to keep the operational risk policies and procedures updated with the latest techniques and industry best practices.
- Conduct operational risk awareness training sessions to ensure embedding operational risk culture throughout the bank.
- Ensure that Operational risk management is inherent in all banking products, activities, processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Statistics or a related field.
- Experience 3 Years – 5 Years in the financial institutions industry.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
