Job Description
- Confer wif customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services
- Resolve customers' service complaints by performing different activities
- Maintain a thorough noledge of teh mall’s services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities
- Actively promote promotional activities to all customers.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Preparing reports as daily report for customer interactions and transaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions take
Job Requirements
