Job Description

  • Confer wif customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services
  • Resolve customers' service complaints by performing different activities
  • Maintain a thorough noledge of teh mall’s services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities
  • Actively promote promotional activities to all customers.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Preparing reports as daily report for customer interactions and transaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions take

Job Requirements

Minimum required Education

  • Bachelor or license Degree

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent level in the Arabic and English language

Skills and Abilities

  • Work under pressure

Professional Knowledge

  • Awareness of techniques of handling different kinds of customers.
