Job Description
- Manage key accounts with Unilever partnered distributors and HORECA Wholesalers
- Develop annual and monthly forecasts for assigned distributors to ensure sales, volume, and KPIs targets are met.
- Analyze distributor’s current and potential performance capability to identify both short- and long-term business opportunities and set agreed action plan in line with UFS strategy/direction
- Identify potential and opportunities for growth in assigned geography and set development strategies accordingly
- Effectively manage trade terms with partner distributors and create contingency plans for any set back on agreed growth targets
- Conduct regular training workshops for DSRs and conduct regular scheduled joint market visits and coaching visits
- Regularly conduct distributor business reviews and joint business plans
- Build strong relationships with distributors by providing unique & high-quality services and business solutions
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Identify and report market trends and insights
Job Requirements
Role requirements:
- 2-3 years in FMCG with reputed organizations
- Distributor Management Experience is a must
- Sales Experience is a must
- UAE Experience is required
- Must have a valid UAE Driving Licenses
