Job Description
- Managing all administrative work
- Follow-up on the Commercial review and approval
- Tracking department expenses vs. budget.
- Follow-up on Team staff-related issues, as preparing internal and external expense reports, advanced cash vouchers, travel arrangements, etc….
- Help staff in the preparation of presentations.§ Arrange meetings, providing offers, office preparation, and track expenses.
- Provide secretarial support to the Staff; medical presentations, training modules, type letters and memoranda, mail distribution, maintaining appointments, etc…
- Organization of all the activities related to the Commercial Team projects and follow-up on all the relevant logistics and implementation steps.
- Continuous update of the shared team calendar.
- Follow-up on department activities, pending issues and deadlines and participate in resolving the administrative problems in the department.
- Provide assistance in the setting of the department objectives and development plans and help in the relevant automated systems.
- Build an appropriate filing system
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration.
- Organized and Disciplined
- Fluent English Language (written & spoken).
- Good looking
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent typing skills with high speed in both Arabic and English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
