Job Description
A Fashion E-commerce company located in Maadi is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to join their team. This position manages operations/logistics to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management and assist with accounting and ongoing financial management.
Tasks include:
- Daily handling of order cycle from inception to payment. Managing route and following up on returns and payments.
- Coordination of delivery to clients and returns (cash or exchange) between office (order preparation) and courier.
- Capable of making deals with various courier services to ensure fast and efficient delivery of local and international orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel.
- Assist with ongoing bookkeeping, financial management for Orders and verifying all cash and bank payments.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in an operations, logistics or accounting position
- Strong computer skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and very organised
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (knowledge of Excel is a must.)
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem solving and follow up capabilities and multitasking.
