Job Description
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules.
- Help the Head of Sales to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
- Calls, Emails and keep SF updated and add all the missing info especially with the new contacts.
- Fill important documents and communicate relevant information.
- Respond to other departments needs from the sales team.
- Coordinate the process between Sales and other departments
- Give after-sales support when requested. Ex: Missing menus etc.,
- Provide feedback, documentation and information needed to HOS.
- Store and sort data and present reports.
- Support HOS in developing the training material needed for the team.
- Help HOS in monitoring the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Handle all partners inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- (1 – 3) years of experience in an equivalent capacity.
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications (Especially Excel).
- Good command of English (written/spoken).
- Excellent communication and time management skills
