Job Description

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules.
  • Help the Head of Sales to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
  • Calls, Emails and keep SF updated and add all the missing info especially with the new contacts.
  • Fill important documents and communicate relevant information.
  • Respond to other departments needs from the sales team.
  • Coordinate the process between Sales and other departments
  • Give after-sales support when requested. Ex: Missing menus etc.,
  • Provide feedback, documentation and information needed to HOS.
  • Store and sort data and present reports.
  • Support HOS in developing the training material needed for the team.
  • Help HOS in monitoring the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Handle all partners inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • (1 – 3) years of experience in an equivalent capacity.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications (Especially Excel).
  • Good command of English (written/spoken).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
