Job Description

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
  • Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used
  • Pre-screens all applications for all vacancies, helps managers to develop interviews, conducts interviews and performs reference checks when required.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in various portals
  • Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Maintain Candidate Database
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events .
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven previous experience in IT jobs.
  • Very Good written and verbal communications skills and high negotiation skills.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Proficient with social media platforms.
