- A Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ Oracle HR Functional experience with 3+ ERP Human Capital management implementations.
- Experience in implementing Oracle HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- SSHR
- Recruitment
- OLM
- Performance Management
- CWB
- Succession planning
- Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle talent Management modules.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM application functionality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English fluency (written and verbal) required.
