Job Description
- Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
- Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
- Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
- Update bookings with hotels confirmation number on daily bases.
- Make offline and online booking.
- Check and reply daily emails.
- Achieve department target.
- Handle cases after hours.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in travel agencies
- Excellent command of English (writing and speaking)
- Age: 29 maximum
