Job Description

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Operate our access control system according to our policies.
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets and manage the visitor policy.
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms.
  • Printing all required documents.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good English writing & speaking.
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
