Job Description
- Directs the maintenance section and ensures that machine and equipment delays and adjustments are handled efficiently in order that final products are produced according to required specifications.
- Also implements the preventive maintenance program according to engineering standards.
- The incumbent performs his duties according to Engineering standards and the site manager instructions which supervises and controls the section results, takes the technical decisions according to work needs & requirements.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Engineering) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in supervising and planning maintenance activities of which at least 2 years have been spent in a supervisory position.
- Good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Effective leadership & supervisory skills.
