Job Description
- Analyzing the distributor/Customers’ sales/distribution performance and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses on regional/trade channel levels and recommend the plans to cover that weakness area & creating an annual sales Plan to grow sales/distribution within different trade channels and regions within your scope.
- Managing the distributors P&L to ensure we have a win-win partnership with the distributors/Customers & leading a Joint Business Plan process with the distributors/MT customers to deliver the KPIs agreed on in terms of sales/profitability and building brand distribution/sales growth.
- Managing the Wholesale channel and recommending trade drives to build distribution and grow sales & managing the small/medium groceries channel and recommend distribution drives for distribution build up.
- Recommending visibility plans for Key retail and apply the Joint Business planning process with the top distributor customers & delivering monthly/annual sales target and distribution targets.
- Grow the capabilities of KHC sales team and being a role model for the unit managers & build the distributor capabilities and ensure that KHC Rituals & Routines are mirrored on the distributor operations.
