Job Description
- Acting as the point of contact between the sales sector and the factories regarding the sales orders.
- Prepare annual, biannual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly production plans according to the forecasted orders, customers’ deadlines, the designs BOMs, production rates, the availability of the materials and resources.
- Measure and determine the required workers, equipment, machines, and raw materials needed to cover the production demands and according to the production plans.
- Allocate materials for orders and make sure to minimize the nonmoving and obsolete materials and parts.
- Create purchase requisitions for the shortage and expected materials and parts.
- Follow up the delivery and shipment dates of the required materials and parts with the purchasing department to ensure the delivery of them will meet the production needs.
- Release work orders for the production department according to the monthly production plan and the availability of the materials and resources.
- Keeping production flowing smoothly with the needed materials to ensure the continuity of the production.
- Monitor day to day the production progress to ensure it’s following the planned schedules and within budgets.
- Troubleshoots and addresses problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions to minimize its impacts on the production schedule.
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports comparing between the planned and actual results.
- Request, monitor, and control the integrity of the bill of materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and control the material, WIP, and finish goods inventories levels against targets levels.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and industrial departments to increase the production rates, minimize the stock levels, decrease the production time, and to decrease the total cost of the product.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering ( Electrical is preferred )1 year of Experience in Planning (preferred in the industrial field)

- Excellent in English
