Job Description
- Translate business and technical requirements into deploy-able business solutions within SAP.
- Support configuration and development activities around the ERP software and 3rd party applications supported.
- Work with IT Team leadership and senior team members to support the day-to-day business and future enhancements of the application environment.
- Execute unit tests to validate development/enhancement efforts.
- Develop proof of concepts before developing solutions.
- Produce procedural and end user training documentation, as well as perform end user training where required.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with technical and business requirements
- 1+ years of experience in ERP Solutions
- Knowledge of software development.
- Additional knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architecture, development and test teams to interpret requirements.
- Analytical and problem solving skills via written and verbal communications.
- Agility to adapt changing priorities and direction.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- Self-motivated to learn.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Education or experience focused on programming business systems.
- Basic understanding of business systems.
- Critical thinking skills in both IT (technical) and Business (functional) areas.
- Ability to design multiple potential solutions to solve a technical problem.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and with internal customers.
- Ability to manage small to medium size development efforts at an individual level.
