Job Description

    • Serves as a protocol key liaison between our training center and other external entities like IMC, ITC, Corporates, institutes, universities...etc
    • Makes a yearly training plan calendar regarding soft-skills programs, technical programs, and managerial programs.
    • Prepares and monitors budget for the training center
    • Prepares training proposals and recommendations and establishes budget control system for controlling expenditures
    • Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on training center projects, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
    • Designs, develops and recommends new training programs and projects
    • Directs, monitors and participates in research activities including data collection, evaluation and analysis for a project.
    • Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods and devises evaluation methodology
    • Analyzes results and takes appropriate action.
    • Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organizations and university departments associated with center projects.
    • Books and schedules facility and services for training center projects or events
    • Negotiates and prepares contracts determining fees and terms of contracts, estimated costs to determines projects' budgets.
    • Serves as center representative during projects by responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensures all aspects of projects are implemented and controlled according to plans
    • Represents center in public relations/liaison capacity on matters relating to the center's research and projects
    • Create and design annual training programs' calendar that is running monthly for our clients' teams, and for any other non-clients' trainees, and trainees who come from the Food & Beverage sector.
    • Prepare reports including training costs, budget and delivery of courses/qualifications

    Job Requirements

    • BSc in Education, Human Resources Management or relevant field
    • 6-8 years of experience in business development.
    • Proven work experience as a business development partner, or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience in organizing corporate training events.
    • Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
    • Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs at the same time.
    • Experience of working in a customer focused organisation
    • Experience of working with Senior Management in identifying, advising and developing learning interventions.
    • Proven Experience of the complete training cycle – gap analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
    • Excellent oral and written communications
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Good computer skills
