Job Description
- He/she is in charge of the academic department.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic policies and work towards the advancement of that unit.
- Assess the performance of the department and its members and contribute to the modification of educational plans.
- Manage the department budgets and expenditures.
- Work towards effective dispersion of funds and prioritization of projects.
- He/ she may even continue their teaching duties, working with students and preparing lessons.
He/ she usually performs many of the following tasks:
- Setting budgets
