Job Description

  • Monitor the personnel files (Join Duty, Leave Application, Leave/Final/Transfer Settlement, Change Slips, etc.) and to ensure that the audit process is applied and any deviation from the policy is rectified.
  • Ensures completeness of personnel files in accordance with the labor law requirements.
  • Maintain an HR database of employee data and ensures completeness and accuracy.
  • Updating the process of recording attendance within each department and maintains attendance records.
  • Handle monthly effects and compensation with the assistance of subordinates within the time schedule.
  • Prepare all monthly payroll inputs and final output.
  • Maintain the database and employee files.
  • Develop forms and process for all employee-related requests/actions.
  • Define the policies, rules and operation process in line with TransOrient standards.
  • In charge of the administration & communication pf all company benefits
  • Support the top management in identifying business challenges using data analysis to help influence changes in operations, processes or programs.
  • Follow up on end of probation and contract renewals.
  • Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Human resources or related field.
  • Very good knowledge with the labor law.
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Task Oriented is preferred.
  • Won't crack under pressure
  • Experience from 2-4 years as HR specialist or HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of HR system and database.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and organization structure.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
