Job Description

  • The role is responsible for B2B leads generation, sales & account management. The scope starts from building the potential customers database, designing proposals, finalizing the agreement & managing the account till the service completion. And beyond to reach business continuity & company’s brand recognition among clients. Account abilities:
  • Study company’s scope of services & fully understand the different possible solutions for various potential needs of newly targeted clients.
  • Research multiple business sectors to establish database of prospect leads
  • Contact new leads using different communication channels (E-mail, phone calls, direct visits...etc.) to Schedule initial meetings for presenting the company profile & scope.
  • Meet interested clients and probe for their needs to match it with the company’s solutions
  • Follow-up with secondary meetings & other communication channels to ensure the full completion of the customized proposal
  • Negotiate technical & financial aspects for the proposal & coordinate the required internal approvals within the client’s organization (marketing, sales, procurement, logistics, administration…. etc.)
  • Close the final agreement & ensure the completion of contract, service level agreements, non-disclosures, confidentiality & supplier registration/qualification process.
  • Lead the management of the client’s account to guarantee the proper delivery for the agreed-upon solution & act as the focal point of contact between the company & the client for data collection, progress reports, customer service & overall project management
  • Manage the relationship with client after the project’s completion & sustain a continuous communication for future business opportunities & enriching the company’s clients network

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply only if they have relevant experience in fund raising, corporate sales, sponsorship agreements or lead generation / account management.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Very Good Command of the English Language
  • Excellent User of MS Office & Technology Applications
  • Proven Ability to manage time, workload & achieve targeted deliverable
