Job Description
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.

- Excellent Command of English Language.

- Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
