Application Engineer

Job Description

The AE job is tightly coupled with the Sales Engineer job synergistically to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction through the following stages:

• Pre-sales Support> Provide in depth knowledge relating to solution/product(s); work closely with customers to understand key technical requirements, drive state-of-the-art tools during product benchmarks realizing the proof of concept to the prospect by customizing and delivering compelling presentations about product advantages to prospects, conducting live demonstrations, or implementing a case study thus to solve customer needs and win sales.
• Training> Provide technical training to customer on the supplied products.
• Post-sales Support> Provide Hotline technical support to customers, via Email and telephone calls to assist with integration of the product into the design/working scenario or to help the customer out of a problem situation, thus remedy customers' problems and achieve customer satisfaction.
