Job Description

(Apple Technical Support Specialist)

Job Description:

  • Provide Level 1 direct support for troubleshooing technical issues for Apple products, Apple IOS /MACOS.

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary (3000 LE. + Commission)
  • Working hours 8 hour - 5 days per week.
  • Rotational shifts
  • Work location (Mohandessn - 5th District- Hurghada- Tanta- Alexandria)

Job Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years experience working in a service-oriented, technical support
  • Familiarity with Apple products and Operating Systems is Preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree - (Computer Science, Information Technology is Preferred)
  • Very Good English Skills
  • Fast Learner, good multi-tasking, team work skills.
