Job Description

Communications officer is responsible for the company’s communication with it's clients and service providers. Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to inquiries on all communication channels (telephone, social media, email...etc)
  • Assisting clients with placement of orders
  • Resolving clients and service providers complaints
  • Conducting phone market surveys
  • Conducting quality surveys
  • Entering clients reviews

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good excel knowledge
  • English Fluency
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
