Job Description
Communications officer is responsible for the company’s communication with it's clients and service providers. Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to inquiries on all communication channels (telephone, social media, email...etc)
- Assisting clients with placement of orders
- Resolving clients and service providers complaints
- Conducting phone market surveys
- Conducting quality surveys
- Entering clients reviews
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Good excel knowledge
- English Fluency
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
