Job Description
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibres and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct Phone interviews (Screening).
- Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/ waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
- Developing and preparing rejected candidates for another interview round and/ or another vacancy.
- Create an Evaluation form sheet that contains the ranking of the accepted candidates with the details.
- Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels and outlets.
- Implement all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing appropriate arrangements for applicants with special needs.
- Manage and implement staff assessment tools.
- Attend evaluation interviews and advise on promotions and job transfers.
- Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee.
- Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and rating scales and making recommendations to achieve the best results in assessing employees’ performance.
- Following up on performance improvement plans for employees with unsatisfactory performance to make sure they are supported in improving their performance.
- Creating organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis.
- Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Prepare, implement, monitor and develop performance reports for the testing period for all new employees of the company in different departments and sections.
