Job Description
Scope:
- A day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
- Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, business planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, collections, reporting and compliance to relevant Egyptian laws.
- Leading, developing & coaching the current team to improve their technical competence & ensure their future leadership development.
- Preparing feasibility studies for new projects/business units & advising the top management about the foretasted opportunities/challenges of each current business & new proposals.
- Directly coordinating with the head of finance and/or GM/CEO of major contractors / suppliers & service providers to discuss progress updates & completion percentages against planned along with amending financial terms & conditions as needed
- Propose Investment opportunities & ensure smooth processing of operating cash flow.
- Close monitoring, contentious intervention & cooperative collaboration with the engineering department to Synergize both technical efforts along with the proper financial policies & business standards.
Job Requirements
- A must have relevant experience in both Construction "Contracting/Subcontracting, Materials Management & Project Progress" and Investment "Capital & Cash Flow Management, Corporate Financing & Feasibility Studies" is a mandatory
- 15-20 years of total experience including at least 10 years of full fledged responsibility for the whole finance department
- Hands-on experience in SAP migration, integration, deployment, customization & aligning all business processes to centralize SAP as the sole financial ERP for all business operations in different subsidiaries.
- Influencing Leadership capabilities with optimal balanced approach between managing business to get the targeted results versus leading people to maximize their engagement & develop future leaders.
