Main Job Duties:
- Ensure sales targets are met, by inventory reports.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Monitoring Sales process with agents for primary sales
- Prepare Payment plan according to financially structure.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Maintaining customers' and properties' database.
- Develop weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate administrative communications between all departments.
- Review contracts between the company and brokers.
