Responsibilities:
- Maintaining documents database.
- Management of our employee's needs.
- Daily office support and supply activities.
- Suggesting and implementing ideas for office improvement.
- Organizing business trips (reservation of transport, tickets, hotels).
- Assistance in event organization (meetings, seminars, training).
- Conducting onboarding meetings.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Host attitude for solving office issues is a must.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Upper-intermediate level of German is a plus.
- Previous experience in organizing events and business trips is a plus.
- Professional PC user.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Lives in nearby Area to the company location ( Zahraa El Maadi, Maadi, New Cairo, and Nasr city).
