Job Description
- Expand the export market by opening new markets
- Ensure export sale achievement of target
- Manages the export process and follows up all export sales orders from receiving the customer order till delivery to the customer
- Approaches new markets via the official channels "fairs, third party, referral, market visits or over trade map".
- Prepares market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities. Finds and follow up on sales leads to be able to reach a wider client base. Understands customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing.
- Receives customer orders and coordinate with planning and production departments to reach the proper confirmed timing and communicate it to customer
- Verifies the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Communicates and Coordinates with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
- Develop sales information system including customer data base and keeping it updated and available on time to support decision making process.
- Prepare quotation & pricing for overseas buyers.
Job Requirements
Education and Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor ‘s degree in related fields (preferable international relations).
- Professional Knowledge of English language.
- Ability to initiate business from scratch in some regional markets.
- High level computer skills and efficient in working on various required software application.

- Perfect time management skills
- Effective Negotiation skills.
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions.
