Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
- Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.
- Minimize the cost of overtime and increase the production of the production team
- Maintain the highest level of quality output of each sub-team in the production team
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Job Requirements
