Job Description

Key Role

  • Assist the CEO in the management of his office, interact with various stakeholders inside the organizations and mention smooth relationship with all individuals in the Company who deals with the the CEO Office

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain all administrative responsibilities of CEO Office.
  • Follow up with the all concerned department regarding any new requirements or issues.
  • Follow up action list and ensure to keep the CEO informed.
  • Communicate and distribute CEO decisions.
  • Adopt an open communication channel with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in different meetings and note the minutes of it.
  • Provide information for various reports requested from the CEO.
  • Assist in various projects requested by the CEO.
  • Prepare reports (Achievement, presentation ,…etc).
  • Answering phone calls and returning missed calls.
  • Secretarial support like scheduling course, committee and departmental meetings.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative support role.

Professional qualifications :

  • High level in Microsoft Office.
  • MS Excel.
  • Power Point.
  • Outlook.
  • Excellent Knowledge with Internet.
  • Arabic + English typing.
  • Technical Report Writing.
  • Time Management.

Skills

  • Fluent speaking Arabic & English , is a must.
  • Ability to travel, depends on company plan.
