Job Description
- Review and follow up on daily mechanical failure reports and analyze large faults to avoid repetition
- Follow-up planned maintenance schedules and lubrication and lubrication schedules for all machinery and equipment in the factory
- Effective leadership with all mechanics technicians through good leadership and good communication with all team members
- Work out the necessary technical training to raise the skill of mechanics technicians to enable them to remedy faults in a short time and raise their technical competence
- Encouraging new ideas and their release from the mechanics technicians and supporting the initiative and self-sharpening.
- Follow up on all cases of non-compliance related to the industrial security and quality assurance departments and close them on time
- Monitor all performance indicators for machines, identify major faults and effective remedies and implement them, and review results to achieve the agreed and agreed targets.
- Work to develop effective mechanisms to save the depreciation of depreciated spare parts to prolong their service life, including by reducing the total cost of spare parts
- Control through the supervisors Vardi in the disbursement of spare parts necessary for the repair of machinery and make sure not to deviate from the specified cost during the month
- Work monthly reports to follow up the faults and analysis and clarify the appropriate solutions to them through the figures studied with the direct manager
