Job Description

  • Teach and enable other team members.
  • Manage development team efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the software.
  • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
  • Conducting, leading and coordinating software development activities throughout the projects, including key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system
  • Provide mentor ship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity
  • provide any training that team members need.
  • Help software architects to design solutions to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the system impact
  • 25-50% hands-on development
  • Contribute in change control policies, software builds, deployment strategies, code reviews and software recommendations
  • Make budget ,Monitor ,Control as a project Manager
  • Developing new products, fixes, modifications and new requirement

Job Requirements

  • Must have +7 Years Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports Development.
  • Experince in Oracle advanced SQL
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Oracle database development experience including SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling
  • Good Analytical Abilities.
  • Ability to work on projects with geographically distributed teams Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge in Oracle APEX is a plus
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
